At Hōhepa Hawke’s Bay, we treasure the possibility to provide continuity of support as people grow older, ensuring every person receives the support they need and want, while enjoying community connections and valued relationships.
We offer homes in Taradale, with private individual rooms, with easy access to public services and amenities, as well as in Poraiti overlooking our biodynamic farm and school.
The homes are beautiful and offer a balanced lifestyle of social interactions, wellbeing and tranquility with amazing views.
The beautiful environment and the layout of the homes can cater for a number of health conditions; like diabetes, heart disease, and dementia.
Everyone receives special support to maintain good strength and balance with a wide range of activities and exercises to reduce the risk of falls.
These homes are designed with special features (including universal design, and Lifemark® 5-star rating) to support as much independence as possible while ensuring everyone’s health care needs are met.
